The AMOCA Shop Web site is provided to you under these terms and conditions. The AMOCA Store may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. By accessing, browsing or using the Site, you accept and agree to, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions.

Conditions of Use: Access to and use of AMOCA's Content (as defined below) on this Site are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Membership and Member Discount

Memberships will be shipped separately, free of charge, from AMOCA. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process Memberships. Current AMOCA members receive a 10% discount on items and artwork in the AMOCA Store and $25 off classes and workshops in the ceramic studio. Some exceptions may apply. Discounts do not apply to gift certificates and memberships. Memberships and donations are nonrefundable.

 

Special Offers & Promotions

If you have a promotion code, simply enter the code “member10%” on the shopping cart page or order review page. Your savings will appear during checkout. Promotions do not apply to the purchase of Museum Memberships, donations, prior purchases, or selected items.

 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 7 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Damaged Merchandise

If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, contact gavina@amoca.org for instructions.

Order By Phone

To place an order by telephone, please call the AMOCA Store at 909-865-3146 Wednesday through Sunday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

 

Forms of Payment

A credit card is required to place an order online. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping

We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.
